Saturday (1/8): 4 Miles Bike Easy (Warm Up for Run, P1, L4, 15:00, 16mph), 9 Miles Recovery (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 1:17:09, 8:35 Pace), Light Weightlifting, 5.75 Miles Recovery (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 49:18, 8:35 Pace)
Today I ran the remaining miles from my week of tummy troubles. Luckily I’m feeling much better! After my bike and first run it was time for our running club’s annual banquet to celebrate 2010.

Tonight I won “Female Runner of the Year”! Making it a hat trick for me because in 2008 I won “Best New Runner Female” and 2009 was “Most Improved Runner Female”.

The dinner was great and we had fun catching up with our fellow running friends. Plus they have drawings for door prizes. Both of our tickets won and Rob was awesome and let me have both. Which meant I got this long sleeved running shirt with our running club’s name on it and pink recovery socks! Score! 😀 I was off to do my second run of the day in my new gear.
