Saturday (1/1): 9 Miles Recovery (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 1:16:03, 8:27 Pace)
Sunday (1/2): 16 Miles Long (Treadmill, 1% Incline, 2:07:48, 8:00 Pace)
This week is a new weekly mileage record high with 70 Miles.
For my long run today I ate a Vanilla Orange Carboom! at mile 10 and it was not delicious. I was expecting a taste similar to a dreamcicle, but it tasted more like medicine. I will stick to the yummy Apple Cinnamon flavor next time.
Rob and I have been making plans for our 2011 adventures, which includes getting some races on the books. We are now planning to race Go! St. Louis Half Marathon in April.
It’s nice to start getting some races registered and on the books. More to come as more race registrations become available.
