IL Marathon Recovery: Week 1 Day 1

Tonight was some very light cross training. I am quite sore in the quads. I did 45 Mins Easy on the Bike and 1 Set of 15 of Push Ups.

Based on my results at the IL Marathon I was able to get my start corral updated to Corral B for Chicago Marathon! Rob qualified for Corral B with his time at Go! St. Louis Half Marathon!
