Ah the last week before the next marathon! With the shortened training cycle since our last marathon was in February this taper isn’t as dramatic and feels more tolerable. Too much of a taper gets me antsy. Tonight was 6 Miles Recovery. In an attempt to do a better job of strength training I’m going to try documenting what I do here. Tonight was real quick I did: 2 Wall Sits (60 secs ea.), 1 Reg Plank (1 min), 1 Side Reg Side Plank (30 sec each side), 1 Set of 15 Reg Push Ups.
