IL Marathon Training: Week 8 Day 5

Today I ended up having to go into work for the morning, then off to run errands and then I ran 9 Miles Recovery outside. It was originally supposed to be a General Aerobic run, but my right foot felt tight so I made it a recovery run instead and took it easy. It was such an enjoyable run and good thing I was taking it easy because it was SUPER windy out. 🙂 Later on we went out to dinner with our friends Mary and Steve. As usual it was a very nice time! 😀
