IL Marathon Training: Week 7 Day 6

The hotel gym was as decent as hotel gyms go. They have one treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike and upright bike. It was small, but clean and most importantly well ventilated so it wasn’t a sauna like most hotel gyms. Could be that it wasn’t warm because no one had been in for a while too. I did 5 Miles Recovery followed by some planks and a wall sit. I’m ready to unwind and wake up for a race baby!

  1. Hope the weather is great for you! I ran the full there last year and it was… well, I finished. Good luck and have fun!
