IL Marathon Training: Week 4 Day 5

Today we went for a flight over to Eagle Creek, IN to eat at Rick’s Boatyard Cafe and go shopping at Trader Joe’s. I got some new aviators that I wore on the flight.

The food at Rick’s was amazing as usual. We both got the grilled fisherman’s platter that had salmon, 2 shrimp, 2 scallops, and a split of a lobster tail all grilled up with some sundried tomato rice and veggies, yum!

Later tonight I did 12 Miles Med-Long Run on the Treadmill.

  1. Thanks for reminding me of lobster. I haven’t eaten lobster in 5 years, and ooohhhhhhh, I love it!!!!! I really need to get out more; that is pathetic. Sounds like you guys had a great time. I’m also glad that hip thingie is pretty much done.

    • 5 years?! Wow, that’s too long girl! You must get some lobster stat! It is SO good and I bet even better after a 5 year drought!
