Marathon Recovery: Week 3 Day 5

Today I had 9 Miles Recovery to do so I ran around the neighboorhood when the rain finally stopped. It was super windy. It felt like being pushed around during the whole run. Instant strength training built in that way. I listed to Dave Matthews Some Devil album. I love the light and dark variance of the songs on the album. As ususal a lot about love and death and just how it flows it seems to fit the fall season nicely. Music seems to take on additional meaning during a run. Being outdoors feeling the change of seasons and listening to great music makes the run feel perfect.
