Chicago Marathon Training: Week 8 Day 2

Half way through the training plan! It really has flown by!

Monday was REST/XT day so I did Pilates and Stengthening for Arms.
Today I had 7 Miles Easy on the treadmill.

My shoes are working out great! My new Asics 3010s seem to contour my foot more than the Mizumo Alchemys. Also I went a .5 size smaller (the running store had me 1.5 sizes bigger in my Mizunos) in this brand and these feel less like clown shoes. So far things have been going well with the change up in footwear.
