Chicago Marathon Training: Week 7 Day 2

Rob and I got signed up for a 10K over Labor Day weekend. Rob also changed his USAF registration from the 5K to the Half Marathon. I’m so excited he will be out there running it too!

We also went ahead and signed up for Rock and Roll Chicago Half Marathon for 2010! We loved the race and they were offering a good deal on early regisration for those who ran this year.

Today was:

Bike Easy 5.1 Miles (P1, L4, 15.3mph), To Warm Up
4 Miles Easy (Treadmill, 1% incline, 8:50 pace)

So far the new shoes are working great! Right now they feel really good so I’ll be trying them outside here soon.
