Chicago Marathon Training: Week 6 Day 2

Yesterday was a cross training day so I rode the exercise bike.

Bike 11.8 Miles Intervals (P2, L5, 15.73 mph)

And tonight I had 4 Miles Easy so I went outside around the neighborhood and then came inside and did some weights.

4 Miles Easy (‘Hood, 9:06 pace), Legs and Abs

Can’t wait for the weekend to get here!
